How Tracey started

In our search for customer service automation in e-commerce, we found that there is no independent multi-carrier data solution for parcel shippers.

In addition, data is often spread over multiple systems, partners and carriers, which makes it difficult to maintain a central overview.

Based on this feedback, Tracey started developing a system in 2020 that centralizes, unifies and analyzes order and delivery data.
